Ingredients

  • Beef - 500 g
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Bell Peppers - 2 cups
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Slice the beef into thin strips and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.

  • Step 3

    Stir-fry the beef until browned and remove from the pan.

  • Step 4

    Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli) to the pan.
