Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Tomatoes - 200 g
  • Lemon Juice - 15 ml
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc
  • Zucchini - 1 pc
  • Pasta - 400 g
  • Broccoli - 150 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 40 ml
  • Parmesan Cheese - 30 g
  • Basil - 15 g

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.

  • Step 2

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

  • Step 3

    Add cherry tomatoes, sliced red bell pepper, diced zucchini, and broccoli florets; cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.

  • Step 4

    Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet along with torn fresh basil leaves.

  • Step 5

    Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

  • Step 6

    Serve warm with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cook's Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle a little more olive oil just before serving.
