Ingredients

  • Feta Cheese - 30 g
  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Onion - 20 g
  • Salt - 1 prstohvat
  • Pepper - 1 prstohvat
  • Eggs - 3 piece
  • Olive Oil - 10 ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  • Step 3

    Sauté the spinach until just wilted.

  • Step 4

    Pour the eggs over the spinach and cook gently.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and fold the omelette.
