- Feta Cheese - 30 g
- Spinach - 30 g
- Onion - 20 g
- Salt - 1 prstohvat
- Pepper - 1 prstohvat
- Eggs - 3 piece
- Olive Oil - 10 ml
Directions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Sauté the spinach until just wilted.
Step 4
Pour the eggs over the spinach and cook gently.
Step 5
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and fold the omelette.
Step 6
