- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chicken Breast - 1 whole
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Pat the whole chicken dry and season the inside with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, garlic cloves, and fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley).

Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Step 5
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Step 6
Baste the chicken every 20 minutes with pan juices for extra flavor.
Step 7
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
