- Garlic - 1 clove
- Shrimp - 500 g
- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - to taste
- Bell Peppers - 2 cups
- Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
- Heavy Cream - 1 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink; remove from skillet.

Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

Add mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots) and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch with water to make a sauce.
