- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Ricotta Cheese - 200 g
- Spinach - 200 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

- Parmesan Cheese - 50 g
- Lasagna Noodles - 12 pieces
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in diced tomatoes, grated carrots, and spinach, and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, meat sauce, and ricotta cheese.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce.
